Together, these services provide comprehensive care, therapy, and support for children in foster care and those affected by abuse, trauma, and neglect.
OUR CULTURE
Southmountain empowers our staff to collaborate, inspiring communication, problem-solving, and autonomy in their roles, ultimately creating a positive impact on the children and families we serve. We trust our employees to prioritize teamwork with respect and fairness.
